Undergraduates Get Leadership Education at Convention

A large contingent of Undergraduate attended the 2022 National Convention in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. On Saturday, August 6, these undergraduate brothers received an afternoon of leadership training courtesy of Member Education Chairman Jeffrey Sidoti. Matters related to recruitment, chapter leadership, and risk management were discussed.

Recruitment and Member Education Handbook Issued!
Our Chapter leaders have received our brand new educational publication that will be the cornerstone of our leadership program in the coming years: The Recruitment and Member Education Handbook. This 100+ page handbook is an all-inclusive volume covering an array of topics; it includes sections on recruitment; the pledge program; member education; utilizing positive activities and ideas; hazing laws (state by state); risk management; and membership ethics -- and much more. Chapter Leaders received multiple copies of The Recruitment and Member Education Handbook this fall semester, enough for all of their officers. This handbook, was produced by Central Office, with a preface by National President, Salvatore Flagiello. It has been produced to assist the National Fraternity in its development of leadership within our Chapters and colonies.

At 446 pages it is nearly double the size of previous editions, with over 1,500+ photos and images spread throughout this entertaining yet informative telling our story.
