ALPHA PHI DELTA'S 103rd NATIONAL CONVENTION
AUGUST 5-9, 2026
The 2026 National Convention of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity, our 103rd, will be held from Wednesday-Sunday, August 5 - 9, 2026 at the beautiful and scenic Peek'n'Peak Resort in Clymer, New York. The Convention will feature: nightly dinners, the National Awards Banquet, the Military Brothers Reception, the Alumnus Emeritus Luncheon, golfing, a trivia night, leadership opportunities for our undergraduates, a picnic luncheon, the National Memorial Mass for our deceased brothers, the undergrads vs. alumni softball game, and much, much more.

CONVENTION PACKAGE A: 3-night package (Thursday-Sunday, August 6-9)
Alumni - $250; Undergrads (undergraduate brothers or students 13-21) - $230; Children aged 5-12 - $100; Children under 5 free.
Includes: Dinner Thursday, Dinner Friday, Saturday Picnic Lunch, Saturday Awards Banquet, Convention Gift, and Hospitality Room
Does not include hotel room, which must be reserved separately.
ONLY Adult, Undergraduate/Student Rate attended get a convention gift.
CONVENTION PACKAGE B: 2-night package (Friday-Sunday, August 7-9)
Alumni $190, Undergrads (students 13-21) $175, Children age 5-12 $80, Children under 5 free.
Includes: Dinner Fri, Sat Picnic Lunch, Sat Dinner (Awards Banquet), Convention Gift, Hospitality Room
Does not include hotel room, which must be reserved separately.
ONLY Adult, Undergraduate/Student Rate attended get a convention gift.
CONVENTION PACKAGE C: SPECIAL SATURDAY ONLY PACKAGES (Saturday, August 3)
Alumni/Adult Guest: $140; Undergraduates: $120
Includes: Saturday Picnic Lunch, Saturday Awards Banquet, Convention Gift
Does not include hotel room, which must be reserved separately.
SPECIAL EVENT ITEMS AVAILABLE
WEDNESDAY Dinner. It will be held at The Bistro 210 at Peek'n'Peak Resort (payment on site at restaurant)
THURSDAY: Golf options will be available Thursday and Friday mornings. Green fees to be paid at course.
FRIDAY at Noon: Alumnus Emeritus Luncheon for brothers in the Fraternity 50 years or more will be held on Friday. Brothers initiated 1976 and earlier, along with their wives, may attend for free, all others pay $55 per person.
FRIDAY at 5:30pm: Military Reception for Alpha Phi Delta brothers who have served in our nations Armed Forces. Our Brothers who have served in the Armed Forces and their spouses may attend for free, as may all other guests wishing to join in honoring of brothers who served in the armed forces.
FRIDAY: Golf options will be available Thursday and Friday mornings. Green fees to be paid at course.
FRIDAY: Wine Tasting 2:00 Location TBA
FRIDAY: Mini Golf, Time TBA, at the Hotel

Brothers and guests may add any of the following standard Convention items a la carte to create their own Convention package:

Convention Package Meal and Event package reservations/payment deadline is July 10.
Convention package payments made after July 10 will incur a late fee of 5%
Convention package payments made after July 20 will incur a late fee of 10%
NOTE: Reservations close completely on July 24.
