William F. Layton Jr. age 55, gained his heavenly wings on Thursday June 29, 2023 surrounded by his loving wife Terri, his son Will, and his beautiful family at his shore house in Strathmere, New Jersey. He was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on May 27, 1968 and grew up in Lacey Township. 

Bill pledged Alpha Phi Delta in the fall of 1988 as an alpha class brother. He was a Founding Father of the Gamma Pi chapter at Ramapo College. Bill went on to transfer to Rutgers, New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he is also a founding father for the Delta Beta chapter in 1990.
