Scholarship Winners - Where are they Now?
Past APD Scholarship winner receives prestigious Fulbright Award:
Robert Dente, Beta Beta '87, was proud when his son Brendan received a 2015 APD scholarship for his achievements as a Chemical Engineering major at Newark College of Engineering. He was even prouder when Brendan was recently chosen to receive a Fulbright US Student Program award to study Chemical Engineering in the Netherlands, where he will work towards a Masters degree at the Delft University of Technology.
Brendan is one of 1,900 US citizens who will conduct research, teach English, and provide expertise abroad for the 2018-19 academic year. Recipients of this award are selected based on academic and professional achievement as well as their record of services and leadership potential.
