Covid-19 recently claimed the life of one of our dearest friends and brothers, Tony Castellano on May 26, 2020. He was an inspiration to us all and touched every one of us with his special bond. On April 15 2016 one of our oldest, and long-active brothers over the years, Joseph W. Randazzo, Eta '34 passed away at the age of 101. Brother Randazzo was Convention regular for most of his nearly 82 years in the Fraternity. His most recent appearance was at the Centennial Convention in 2014 as a true "centennial" brother! Charles A. Russo, 68, of Union Beach, passed away, Thursday, October 22, 2015, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Jersey City, he was raised there and moved to Union Beach 44 years ago. He was a member of the Alpha Phi Delta; the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph; the Knights of the Grip; and he was active in the St. Joseph and local sport youth leagues. He served in the Army National Guard for six years. He retired in 2012 from Pepperidge Farms, Edison, as a District Sales Manager. Charles was predeceased by his parents, Carlo and Mary (Schimenti) Russo; and a sister, Christine Pace. He is survived by his beloved wife, Madeline (Grunwald) Russo; six loving sons, Anthony and wife Kelly of Delmar, MD; Robert and wife Kristen of Yardley, PA; Michael and wife Dawn of Raleigh, NC; Joseph of Union Beach; John of Jersey City; and Daniel of Philadelphia, PA; three dear sisters, Lucille Rontz of Whitehall, PA; Maria Van Voorhis of Westfield, MA; and Angela Crisalli of Brick; and nine cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Melissa, Megan, John, Allison, Malena, Charles, Stella and Corinne. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends. - See more here. |

- Father Tuozzolo Award. This award was established by brothers from Psi Chapter and the Pittsburgh Alumni Club to honor their long time chaplain who passed away in 2016.
- Robert L. Polito Beta Rho Memorial Award. His pledge brothers memorialized him with this scholarshiip.
- The Santo J. Barbarino Award. Created by the Scholarship Trustees in honor of the late trustee's contributions to scholarship.
- Anthony Sallo Memorial Award. Established by his many APD friends. Anthony was a member of Psi chapter.
- Richard Rau Scholarship Award. This is in honor of Richard Rau, a brother at Beta Sigma, St Francis College NY.
- Paul J Sciullo II Memorial Award. An American hero and Psi brother, Paul was killed in the line of duty as a Pittsburgh police officer.
- Adam DiVincenzo Memorial Award - In honor of the late 21st Grand Consul and longtime National Secretary.
