Joseph R. "Joe" Sacco, Jr., 66, of Cochranton, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at Meadville Medical Center. Joe was born in Swissvale, on April 22, 1954, a son of the late Joseph R. and Anne (Benyo) Sacco, Sr.
