New York City North District. Salvatore Flagiello (Gamma Rho '06) was elected to a first term as District Governor of the newly created New York City North District for the 2015-16 year at that district’s first ever District Convention (held with the other New York City area districts). In addition, the delegates to the New York City North District Convention also elected three Assistant District Governors for the District for 2015-16; they are Marc Fariello (Gamma Rho '12); Richard Hooper (Theta Beta '14); and Jean Idrovo (SJC Colony '13). Governor Flagiello was a previously the District Governor of the now defunct New York City West District.
The New York City North District is made up of the entities of New York County and Queens County, to wit: Theta Beta (New York University), Beta Pi (St. John's University - Main Campus), Gamma Rho (Baruch College), Delta Epsilon (John Jay College), New York Alumni Club, and the Gamma Rho Alumni Association.
New York City South: Todd Cusato (Beta Sigma '97) was elected to a first term as District Governor of the newly created New York City South District for the 2015-16 year at that district’s first ever District Convention (held with the other New York City area districts). In addition, the delegates to the New York City South District Convention also elected three Assistant District Governors for the District for 2015-16; they are Angelo Flagiello (Delta Epsilon '09); Anthony Galli (Theta Beta '12); and Taimur Uddin (Gamma Omicron '09). Governor Cusato was previously the District Governor of the now defunct New York City East District.
The New York City South District is made up of the entities of Kings County and Richmond County, to wit: Beta Eta (Brooklyn College), Beta Sigma (St. Francis College), Gamma Kappa (College of Staten Island), Gamma Sigma (St. John's University - Staten Island campus), Brooklyn Alumni Club, Beta Eta Alumni Association, the Beta Sigma Alumni Association, and the Gamma Sigma Alumni Association.
Long Island District. Nicholas Marter (Epsilon Gamma '11) was elected as the first District Governor of the newly created Long Island District for 2015-16 year at that district’s first ever District Convention (held with the other New York City area districts). In addition, the delegates to the Long Island District Convention also elected four Assistant District Governors for the District for 2015-16; they are Brian Cutaia (Epsilon Gamma '11); Jonathan Gauthier (Epsilon Epsilon '13); Samuel Bifulco (Epsilon Gamma ’12) and Allan Matthews (Briarcliffe '14).
The Long Island District is made up of the entities of New York’s Nassau and Suffolk counties, to wit: Gamma Omicron (Stony Brook University), Epsilon Gamma (St. Joseph College) and Epsilon Epsilon (Farmingdale State College), the Long Island Alumni Club, the Gamma Omicron Alumni Association and the Epsilon Gamma Alumni Association.
