Krista Maico (2005/06/07 scholarships) graduated in 2008 from the College of NJ with a degree in Elementary Education and Math/Science/Technology. Krista also completed her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2013 and is currently studying for her Supervisor’s Certificate at Farleigh Dickinson. She is in her 8th year of teaching middle school math.
Krista coaches the cross country team as well as the girl’s lacrosse team. She resides in Randolph NJ with her husband Mark. ‘Thank-you for the support throughout my college career, I have always been very appreciative of Alpha Phi Delta’.
Taylor Picillo (2012/13/14 scholarships) recently graduated from Rutgers University and is currently employed at Trumpf Photonics in NJ working on silicon wafer fabrication for use in diode lasers. ‘I am stuck financing my college education, mostly on my own. The APD scholarship program helped me cover expenses such as textbooks and lab equipment and has helped ease the burden of college tuition and loans. Thanks for helping me be able to afford my college education!’
