The 2020 Annual Meeting of the National Council of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity is scheduled for Saturday, February 29, 2019, at St. John's University, Staten Island, New York campus. The Meeting will be hosted by our Gamma Sigma Chapter. The following is the key information that Chapter, Alumni Club and Alumni Association delegates need to know:
- Location of Meeting on Campus: Meeting will be held in the St. John's University Gymnasium complex.

- Does my Chapter/Alumni Entity have to Register: Yes! Registration of Chapter and Alumni Entity delegates will be begin at 8:00am. To save time, please pre-register online; to do so click here for the registration form. Remember: There are only two (2) delegates per chapter and alumni club, and one (1) delegate per alumni association. Colony representatives (and others) are deemed observers on that online registration form.
- Starting Time: The starting time for the meeting will 9:00AM.

- Delegate Reimbursement: Undergraduate Chapter Delegates get reimbursement for mileage provided they attend the Council meeting from start to finish. Those arriving late or leaving early may forfeit their mileage reimbursement.
How to Register Your Delegates

- Breakfast (Delegates only). Breakfast will be provided for delegates as follows: There will be a continental breakfast available starting at 8 A.M.
- Lunch (Delegates only). Lunch will be provided for delegates as follows: The Fraternity will pay for your chapter's two (2) delegates for lunch.
- Post Council Meeting Dinner. Dinner is open to all Council attendees as follows:

DIRECTIONS BY CAR
From Brooklyn (and points East): Take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into Staten Island. From the toll booths, take the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) West to Exit 13-Richmond Road/Clove Road Exit. Proceed on the service road through two traffic signals and turn right at the third (Clove Road). Turn right at the next traffic light (Howard Avenue), and proceed about one mile to the campus on the left.
From the Staten Island Ferry (St. George, Staten Island): Proceed straight onto Bay Street. Turn right at Victory Boulevard. At Eddy Street (opposite Silver Lake), turn left. At the end of Eddy Street, turn right on to Howard Avenue and proceed to the campus, which is on the right.
From New Jersey via the Bayonne or Goethals Bridge (from Northern and Western New Jersey): Take the Bayonne or Goethals Bridge to the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) East. Stay on the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) to Exit 13-Richmond Road/Hylan Boulevard/Clove Road Exit. Follow the service road to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Clove Road, and right onto Howard Avenue (second light). Proceed about one mile to the campus, on the left.
From New Jersey via the Outerbridge Crossing (from Central and Southern New Jersey): Proceed onto the West Shore Expressway (Route 440) North to the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) East. Stay on the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) to Exit 13-Richmond Road/Hylan Boulevard/Clove Road Exit. Follow the service road to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Clove Road, and right onto Howard Avenue (second light). Proceed about one mile to the campus, on the left.
From I-95 (North, South) and I-80 (East): Take I-95 or I-80 to the New Jersey Turnpike. Get off at Exit 13 and onto I-278 to the Goethals Bridge. Follow the directions above from New Jersey via the Goethals Bridge.
DIRECTIONS BY MASS TRANSIT
From Manhattan: Take Staten Island Ferry from South Ferry, Manhattan, to St. George, Staten Island, and follow directions from St. George (given below) to campus.
From St. George (Staten Island): On weekdays: Take the Port Richmond via Grymes Hill bound S66 bus. Get off at Arlo Road and Howard Avenue (adjacent to campus) On weekends: Take the Travis via Victory bound S62 bus. Get Off at Victory Blvd and Theresa Place. Walk 0.47 miles South-East to destination.
From Brooklyn: Take the S53 bus at 86th Street and 4th Avenue, crossing the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to Clove Road and Victory Blvd.
On weekdays: Transfer to the S66 bus. Get off at Arlo Road and Howard Avenue (adjacent to campus). On weekends: Transfer to the St. George bound S62 bus. Get Off at Victory Blvd and Theresa Place. Walk 0.47 miles South-East to destination.
