The 2022 National Convention of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity, our 99th, will be held from Wednesday-Sunday, August 3-7, 2022 at the luxurious Red Lion Resort and Conference Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Convention will feature: nightly dinners, the National Awards Banquet, the Military Brothers Reception, the Alumnus Emeritus Luncheon, golfing, a trivia night, a wine tasting tour, a picnic luncheon, the National Memorial Mass for our deceased brothers, the undergrads vs. alumni softball game, nightly entertainment, and much, much more.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND INFO.
If you are interested in attending the 2022 National Convention, you must make hotel reservations by contacting the Red Lion Resort in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Make your Hotel Reservation by phone at (717) 939-7841 and indicate that you are with the Alpha Phi Delta group.
Rooms are priced per night as follows:
Standard $165.00 per night
Suites available at $239.00 per night

Alumni - $220; Undergrads (students 13-21) - $185; Children aged 5-12 - $80; Children under 5 free.
Includes: Dinner Thu, Dinner Fri, Sat Picnic Lunch, Sat Dinner (Awards Banquet), Convention Gift, Hospitality Room
Does not include hotel room, which must be reserved separately.
ONLY Adult, Undergraduate/Student Rate attended get a convention gift.

Alumni $180, Undergrads (students 13-21) $140, Children age 5-12 $65, Children under 5 free.

SPECIAL EVENT ITEMS AVAILABLE
- Wednesday Night Dinner at offsite property, if you attend. It will be held at Gillian's Bar and Grill; if you attend, actual cost will be payable at restaurant.
- Our Alumnus Emeritus Luncheon for brothers in the Fraternity 50 years or more will be held on Friday. Brothers initiated 1972 and earlier, along with their wives, may attend for free, all others pay $35 per person.
- Our Military Reception for Alpha Phi Delta brothers who have served in our nations Armed Forces. Our Brothers who have served in the Armed Forces and their spouses may attend for free, all others pay $15 per person.
- Golf options will be available Thursday and Friday mornings. Green fees paid at course.
A LA CARTE ITEMS
Brothers and guests may add any of the following standard Convention items a la carte to create their own Convention package:
- Thursday Night Dinner ($60 per person)
- Friday Night Dinner ($70 per person)
- Saturday Night Dinner/Awards Banquet ($75 per person)
- Saturday Afternoon Picnic ($25 per person)
- And as noted above: attendance at our Special Events: Wednesday Night Dinner (paid at cost at restaurant), Alumnus Emeritus Luncheon ($35 per person, free to 50-year brothers and their spouses), and Military Reception ($15 per person, free our Armed Forces Brothers and their spouses).
ABOUT PAYMENTS
Payments for the Convention Package
- made after July 5 will incur a late fee of 5%
- made after July 15 will incur a late fee of 10%
- NOTE: Reservations close completely on July 25.

The Convention package, which encompasses everything at the Convention except the hotel, can be booked in one of two way.
ONLINE RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.

All online reservations incur a 3% convenience fee. Note: Online reservations and payments for Convention Packages made on or after July 5 will incur a late fee of 5%; after July 15, 10%.
